Systemic Psychotherapist Clinical Lead – therapeutic school

Shire Healthcare are recruiting for a Systemic Psychotherapist to take on the role as the Clinical Lead within a specialist therapeutic school based in West Nottinghamshire.

Role snapshot:

The candidate appointed will be working for a very reputable care and education provider. This Clinical Lead role will bridge the gap between the clinical service and operational aspect of the business working with head teachers, the business teams, and the operational lead. This role offers the benefit of holding a small clinical caseload and managing a small clinical team.

The successful candidate will be leading, managing and developing the therapeutic service where the MDT work with children and young people who have complex needs, such as trauma and ASD, which require a systemic and formulation-based approach.

Hours – full time, subject to applications part time may be considered.

Contract type – permanent

Salary – £50,000 FTE

Experience required:

Candidates applying will have UKCP registration and extensive post qualification experience working as a Systemic Psychotherapist with children and young people with trauma and those who are on the autistic spectrum. Due to the nature of the role, candidates applying will have experience of leading a small clinical team.
