Recruitment and Compliance Officer
Shire are recruiting for a full-time, permanent Recruitment and Compliance Officer to join our Hertfordshire team to work across both our Healthcare and Homecare divisions. Shire has grown 120% in less than 8 months, so the successful applicant will be joining a rapidly growing, successful care provider with an aggressive 5-year company development plan.
The main aim of this role is to ensure all new and existing temporary workers meet the legal compliance requirements set out by our regulatory body and support management in the constant development of all compliance processes. In addition, this role will involve management of all social media accounts, management of job posting and advertisements.
Applicants with previous compliance experience will be at an advantage although those without experience will also be considered as full training will be provided along with external training opportunities to support future development.

Out Of Hours Care Coordinator - Working from home
To manage a reactive Homecare desk outside of our office hours. Although this is not a proactive role, applicants will be required to respond to last minute cancellations, queries and general question from a bank of Carers working in the community. Full training is offered so previous experience is not required although applicants with previous experience within a similar setting would be prioritised.

We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager to lead the sales for both our departments with the sole aim of securing new contracts and spot business nationwide. This role will have a heavy emphasis on phone sales with an expected 2-3 days out of the office per week visiting clients. We have two Hertfordshire offices that can be utilised or applicants can work from home if logistically convenient.
