Our home visits are typically agreed in 30-minute, 45-minute or an hours call depending on the requirements. Our needs and wellbeing assessment will give you a clear picture of how long we need to complete the care required.
We have a local office with an experienced team that will regularly review your package of care to ensure any changes in care or support is reflective in your personalised care plan. We also operate a 24-hour emergency service, so you have a direct link to Shire, regardless of the time.

Our home visit services
By helping with daily activities, our Care Workers enable Service Users to maintain their normal daily routines. Home visits allow clients to use our care team on a basis that suits them. Surrounded by their belongings, pets and a familiar environment, our clients receive the support they need to enjoy their regular activities and continue living well at home.
